50K Ultramarathon:

The course explores the Chuckanut Mountain, Raptor Ridge, Pine, and Cedar Trails. All of this smooth single track will expose you to every shade of green, rocks as big as houses and 7,000 feet of climbing. Lots of time on ridges means lots of time with incredible views.  February weather can be cold and wet and occasionally we get snow - please be prepared for anything.

Half Marathon:

This is no ordinary half marathon - almost entirely single track trails that traverse the scenic and super technical Ridge Trail with views of the Cascade Mountains, towering rock faces and fields of sword fern. 

10KM:

Starts with a fast and flat warm up on the Interurban Trail. Climb Cleator Road to meet the beautiful and lush Two Dollar Trail up to Fragrance Lake. Enjoy the view before a fast and fun descent down Fragrance Lake Trail to the finish! Walkers welcome, as long as you can finish within 4 hours.

Early Check In:

Race Day: Saturday, February 17th

Locations:

5 AM - 5:45 AM: 50km race check in

6 AM: 50KM start 

7AM to 8:45am: Half Marathon check in

9 AM: Half Marathon start 

8AM - 9:15AM: 10KM check-in

9:30 AM: 10KM start

11:00-11:50: Kids race check in at the Bandshell

12:00: Free Kids Race

4 PM: Final cut-off at the finish line - post race festivities and awards ceremony (food served until 4:30 PM)!

  • Early Check In: Friday the 16th from 3-6:00pm at Fairhaven Runners and Walkers in Bellingham. Early check in available for all distances.

Directions

Discover Pass: The race is within Larabee State Park and requires a Discover Pass for all parking locations.

Race Check In and Start: Lost Lake Parking

Race Parking: Please park at the South Day Use Area. Check In and the race start are just a 2/10 mile walk up the road.

Finish and BBQ: Jack Cat Picnic Fields (Bandshell)
